Troubleshooting - cache settings
Follow the instructions for your browser below.
Correct cache settings in Internet Explorer 6:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
- Select Settings in the 'Temporary Internet files' section
- Select Automatically
- Click OK to exit.
Correct cache settings in Internet Explorer 5.x:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
- Select the General tab
- Select Settings in the 'Temporary Internet files' section
- Under 'Check for newer versions of stored pages:' click the radio button for Every visit to the page
- Click OK to exit.
Correct cache settings in Internet Explorer 4.x:
- From the browser menu, select View -> Internet Options....
- Select the General tab
- Select Settings in the 'Temporary Internet files' section
- Under 'Check for newer versions of stored pages:' click the radio button for Every visit to the page
- Click OK to exit.
