Troubleshooting - enabling cookies
Follow the instructions for your browser below.
Enabling cookies in Internet Explorer 6:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
- Select the Privacy tab
- Set the slider to 'Medium'
- Select Advanced
- Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
- Click OK to exit.
Enabling cookies in Internet Explorer 5.x:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
- Select the Security tab
- Select Custom Level
- Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
- Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
- Select OK and accept the changes
Enabling cookies in Internet Explorer 4.x:
- From the browser menu, select View -> Internet Options....
- Select the Security tab
- Select Custom Level
- Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
- Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
- Select OK and accept the changes
